 Driving Instructions

Although our postal address is Sebastopol, we are actually closer to Forestville.   When coming north on Gravenstein Highway from the Guerneville Road intersection you will see a sign that says "Welcome to Forestville".  We are about a half a mile further north.

If you use GPS software be sure to type in Gravenstein Highway NORTH, or you may be directed south near Cotati.

If you are visiting us from the San Fransisco area you may take the 116 exit from Highway 101 in Cotati/Rohnert Park.  116 (also known as Gravenstein Highway) will take you through Sebastopol, to Forestville, and eventually to Guerneville.  After you pass Guerneville Road (which isn't anywhere near Guerneville) on your right we are about a 1/2  mile further north.  The Yahoo map doesn't lable Guerneville Road but it is the road running east to west, just south of the star indicating our site.  

It is a bit faster to take 101 further north to the Steele Lane exit in Santa Rosa.  If you stay on Steele Lane going west it will become Guerneville Road.  Guerneville Road terminates into highway 116.  You will turn right at the "T".  We are only about a 1/2 mile north on 116.  

If you stay on 116 it will take you into Forestville, and further on into Guerneville.  There are many wonderful resorts and wineries in both Forestville and Guerneville, within a short drive from Almost Home.

Location, Location, Location!

Almost Home Doggie Day Care is located within a few minutes of world class wineries and the Russian River resorts.  In less than an hour you can be at the ocean, and enjoying a great meal while watching the sunset.

Many of our local resorts are pet friendly, but don’t allow your traveling companion to remain alone in your room.  Almost Home is the perfect place to leave your friend for a half or full day of play while you explore the many opportunities of our beautiful region.
